Work Experience
Operations Specialist
- Helped manage over 10,000 lines of inventory and facilitated daily cycle counts.
- Used RIO to manage Apple Owned Units across a retail store
- Supported daily operations by receiving inventory and providing runner and operator support
- Accurately guaged and set priorities to support store needs during peak times.
- Designed a system to improve the process of replacing Isaacs or other In-Store Use devices, reducing down-time and improving efficiency for all team members. This system is shared on Loop.
Project Manager and Technical Support Specialist
- Managed operations and supported over four hundred clients with IT helpdesk services.
- Visited clients in their home or office to set up, troubleshoot, diagnose and fix technology, ensuring total customer satisfaction with resolution.
- Designed and implemented processes to optimize workflow company-wide.
